Coach Boynton attended and presented at the Australian U23 Men’s road program (aka World Tour Academy) departure camp held at Cycling Australia’s High Performance Unit in Adelaide between the 9th and 13th of February, 2016. He presented to athletes and support staff on the topics of endurance exercise in the cold and cycling with a power meter.
This experience not only gave him the opportunity to share his knowledge with Australia’s talented up-and-coming road cyclists, but he was also able to learn from highly regarded professionals in the field attending and presenting at the camp.
